Welcome to Bloomcraft Academy. By accessing our courses, you agree to the following conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, learners, and customers who use our services, course portals, materials, and related tools.

1. Access and License

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course materials for your own learning purposes. You may not share access credentials, resell materials, or grant access to third parties. We may suspend access if we detect account sharing or policy violations.

2. Payments and Refunds

All fees are displayed transparently during checkout. Refunds are available under our 7-day policy if usage is under 20%. If you request a refund, we may verify completion metrics (time watched, downloads, assignment submissions) to confirm eligibility. Payment disputes and chargebacks may result in access termination while the dispute is investigated.

3. Content and Academic Integrity

Assignments must be your own work. Plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, or the use of automated tools to submit graded work as your own may result in suspension or permanent removal. We reserve the right to validate submissions, request clarification, or revoke certificates if academic misconduct is discovered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse engineer the platform, bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, or introduce harmful code. You must comply with applicable laws and respect other learners and staff in all communications.

5. Privacy

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy. No tracking pixels or images are used. We may store necessary operational data (account identifiers, learning progress, and transaction records) to provide services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of business opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms
